Loopa

Support

Loopa turns anything you do more than once into a reusable checklist. If something is not working, or you have an idea, write to us — a real person reads every message.

Please include your device model and iOS version. We usually reply within a few working days.

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. Loopa has no account and no login. Your checklists, runs, and history stay on your device.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Nothing you write is uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I get my lists onto another iPhone?
Open a checklist, tap the pencil icon for “Edit as Text”, copy the text, and paste it into the Import screen on the other device. Sharing a list produces the same text format.
How do I turn a pasted list into steps?
Use the Import screen. Paste any text — from Notes, Reminders, or a message — and Loopa splits it into steps and detects section headers. You can also import from a photo of a printed list, or from Apple Reminders.
What happens when I finish a run?
Once every required step is checked or skipped, the run archives itself into the history with a timestamp for each step. Tap ↺ to start the next cycle.
What does “skipped” mean?
Swipe a step right to skip it — “I looked at this, I don’t need it this time”. It counts as handled, but stays visually different from a checked step.
The “Suggest steps” feature does nothing.
That feature needs Apple Intelligence and runs on device. It is only available on iPhone models that support Apple Intelligence, with the feature enabled in iOS Settings.
Does Loopa cost anything?
No. The current version is free and has no in-app purchases.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual checklists in the app, or delete the app — that removes everything stored on the device.
